Let that car cut in front of you with a smile and wave of your hand.
If she was kind, helpful and thoughtful with a smile on her face, give her a tip she won’t soon forget.
Pick up that bit of trash when you walk by it.
Don’t just pay for your burger. Pay for that one for the fellow in the car behind you.
Give that guy huddled in the cold, sitting on the curb in his filthy clothes a few bucks, maybe your coat or even a job.
Surprise someone you care for with a gift. Not on their birthday or holiday, just an ordinary day.
Give that bug caught in the pool, struggling for life, a lift out.
Embarrass the one you love by loudly proclaiming that love when you see her at the far end of a hall full of strangers.
I have done all these things, yet not one was an original idea.
It is the one contagion you can catch and pass on, that makes Thanksgiving what it should be: An everyday occurrence.

Yet most white women, 53% support him to be leader of the free world.

Most that read my blog are politicos, or at least people flogging themselves with the political filth of our day.
Smart, experienced, and locked-in, they recognize what is trash long before it is bagged and taken to the dump.
Most citizens are not so focused, just concerned about their lives and those around them.
Thankfully they eventually catch up, as they did last Tuesday.
